\nRN - Circulator OR Adult
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for patients during operative or other invasive procedures
\n• Provide direct and indirect professional nursing care of patients in the operating room environment
\n• Individualize patient care according to patient's health status, age level, and surgery/procedure being performed
\n• Utilize clinical knowledge, judgment, and clinical-reasoning skills based on scientific principles
\n• Address the physical, psychological, and spiritual responses of patients having operative procedures
\n• Perform ongoing evaluation and documentation of all components of care delivered to patients within the perioperative environment
\n• Work effectively as part of a specialized care team providing excellent patient care
\n• Minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute operating room environment required
\n• At least 6 months level 1 experience required
\n• Required certifications: Current RN License issued by Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or current multistate compact RN License (eNLC), Current Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
\n• Preferred certification: CNOR
\n• Required education: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
\n• Preferred education: Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program
\n• Excellent understanding of AORN Standards required
\n• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
