The Emergency Department (ED) is a fast-paced environment that treats every type of patient, ranging from urgent care to trauma. Nurses manage critical care skills , including:
Patients include urgent care, psych, pediatric, and critical care/trauma cases .
? The ER Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care , ensuring the highest level of safety, quality, and a positive patient experience .
