Job Summary This position is responsible for providing business analysis and leadership to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies. The role requires leading major, complex, and strategic cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects from inception to completion, including oversight, coordination, and implementation according to dynamic and critical timelines. The candidate will oversee project teams, resources, and budgets, interact with all levels of management including senior management, support the prioritization of divisional activities, and track progress towards goals. Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience OR 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations, or healthcare industry. At least 3 years of project management experience with large, complex, multi-million dollar projects. Experience communicating with senior management across multiple divisions. Experience developing and delivering presentations. Problem resolution skills and experience. Negotiation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including establishing cross-departmental working relationships, preparing presentations for senior management, and fostering a team environment. Excellent organizational skills. Proven success managing multiple complex projects. Detail-oriented approach. Proficiency in MS Office products. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days in the office. Preferred Job Qualifications: Experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry. Provider network management experience.
