A Sr. Product Operations Manager drives product lifecycle efficiency, focusing on optimizing processes, executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and ensuring cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products successfully. Key responsibilities include establishing repeatable operational processes, managing product launch calendars, analyzing data for insights, driving strategic projects, and acting as a liaison to ensure product vision and business goals are met.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Product Operations Manager:

• Process Optimization: Define, implement, and optimize repeatable processes for product development, launch, and GTM activities to improve efficiency, consistency, and speed to market.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central point of contact and a leader for various teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, etc.) to align product vision with business requirements and ensure seamless execution.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Drive the entire product lifecycle, from launch planning and milestone execution to post-launch performance analysis and ongoing optimization.

• Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new products and feature enhancements, working with stakeholders to bring the product vision to life.

• Data Analysis & Insights: Build systems to capture, analyze, and report on quantitative and qualitative data, developing KPIs and providing data-driven insights to inform strategic product decisions and improvements.

• Strategic Planning & Program Management: Lead and manage strategic cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company-wide processes and timely delivery of major product initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong 5+ years of experience in product management, product operations or program management within a product-led organization.

• Deep understanding of product operating models and modern product management methodologies (e.g., customer discovery, empowered teams, outcome-based roadmaps).

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization — including executives.

• Experience defining and measuring KPIs to assess program success and drive continuous improvement.

• Must be able to navigate a changing business landscape and influence others.

• Proficient in Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Pendo, Confluence, 365 Move

• Willingness to travel 10-15%
