RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Developer in New York, NY. Responsibilities: Salesforce Developer will design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient relationship management Build Apex classes, triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Flows to meet business requirements Configure Health Cloud data models including Patient, Provider, Care Team, and Clinical Data Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR APIs) using REST/SOAP web services Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines As a Salesforce Developer, you will collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and other healthcare data security regulations Contribute to Salesforce release management, performance tuning, and environment strategy

REQUIREMENTS:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required), Developer II or Health Cloud Certification preferred Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (HL7/FHIR, EHR/EMR integrations preferred) Experience with Version Control (Git), CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) Hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Triggers Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud data model and features Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, PHI/PII handling) Familiarity with Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud a plus Tech Stack: Salesforce Core: Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Aura Salesforce Clouds: Health Cloud (preferred), Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Integration: MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services, Genesys, Epic/EMR DevOps/Tools: GitHub, Copado/Gearset, Jenkins, VS Code, SFDX CLI Security & Compliance: Salesforce Shield, HIPAA/HITRUST Other: OmniStudio, Event Monitoring, AI/ML integrations (optional but desirable) The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
