We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who’s passionate about people, driven by purpose, and ready to lead by example. Someone who thrives in high-volume environments and can coach a front-of-house team while jumping on the line when needed.
📷 What You’ll Do:
📷 Run daily FOH operations & full-service bar
📷 Lead, train & motivate staff
📷 Handle guest issues with a solutions-first mindset
📷 Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
📷 Communicate with kitchen & expo team
📷 Open/close restaurant, manage cash handling
📷 What We’re Looking For:
📷 2+ years in a restaurant leadership role
📷 Love for BBQ + hospitality
📷 Calm under pressure, excellent communicator
📷 POS/digital experience (Toast & 7Shifts = bonus)
📷 Nights/weekends/holidays availability
📷 Valid Food Handler card & Driver’s License
