We're hiring a Procurement & Onboarding Coordinator to help manage the hardware, software, and account setup process for new hires across our rapidly growing national insurance organization. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes force that ensures every team member starts with the right tools, on time, every time.

This is a contract role based in Grand Rapids, MI, with the potential to extend and convert into a full time position.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate procurement of laptops, peripherals, and software tools for new hires
• Manage vendor relationships and place equipment orders (Lenovo, CDW, etc.)
• Set up user accounts for key platforms like Microsoft, Adobe Pro, DocuSign, and LastPass
• Track requests via ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk) and follow approval workflows with hiring managers and finance
• Create and process purchase orders and invoices in Tipalti and Concur
• Support offboarding tasks such as generating return labels and coordinating hardware retrievals
• Communicate with HR, IT, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of equipment

• Have strong attention to detail and pride yourself on being organized
• Have good project management capabilities
• Can manage multiple priorities and follow structured processes
• Have experience coordinating operational or administrative tasks (IT, HR, finance, office management all translate well)
• Enjoy making systems more efficient and identifying process improvements
