We are looking for you to join our team as Principal Program Planning Analyst/SCHEDULER based out of Linthicum, MD. This position offers the 9/80 work schedule.

What You’ll Get to Do :
The Principal Planner/Scheduler will be hired directly into our Scheduling Center of Excellence and placed on programs within the Mission Systems (MS) Sector. The MS scheduling organization focuses on skill development and, most importantly, creates a pathway for professional development and progression. The Center of Excellence provides training within a standard, common tool suite that allows for speed, productivity and integration while facilitating compliance and focusing on program execution.
The Principal Planner/Scheduler is responsible for coordinating with engineering and operations teams to decompose scope and develop the program’s schedule baseline. This position will work within a team environment consisting of program management, technical, production, financial and other supporting staff. This is a career building role that provides exposure to contract management, production operations, risk and opportunity management and program management practices.
The ideal candidate will have strong teambuilding skills, exhibit strong in, and possess comprehensive verbal and written communication/presentation skills.

Primary Level Salary Range: $95,800.00 - $143,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
