Position Title: Armed Security Officer
Location: Longview, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time (1099 Independent Contractor)

Position Summary

Zona Facta Collective is actively seeking qualified Armed Security Officers in the Longview, TX area. We have multiple openings for both full-time and part-time roles. Applicants must possess an active Texas Level III Commissioned Security License (with card in hand), a personal duty pistol (9mm), and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile and foot patrols of client properties, including manufacturing facilities, retail locations, access points, and parking areas
• Maintain vigilance and remain prepared to respond to any emergency situations
• Accurately document and report all incidents to both the site manager and Zona Facta management
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude while on duty
• Demonstrate respect and courtesy toward employees, visitors, coworkers, and leadership
• Uphold Zona Facta Collective's high standards of integrity, performance, and accountability

Scheduling & Shifts

• Standard shifts are 12 hours in length
• Rotating full-time schedule:
  • Week 1: 3 days on / 4 days off
  • Week 2: 4 days on / 3 days off
• Additional shifts may be available through the Zona Facta network on off days
• Shift times and locations will be discussed during the interview process and are subject to client needs

Requirements

• Active Texas Level III Security License (must have physical card in hand)
• Personal 9mm duty pistol
• Reliable transportation (use of company vehicle may be provided based on site)
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass random drug screenings
• Professional conduct and accountability are mandatory
• Will report directly to the designated site manager

Uniform & Equipment

• Uniform shirts provided
• Agents must maintain clean and presentable tactical attire
• Personal duty gear is required
