Position Overview Job Title: Sewing Machine Operator Location: Coraopolis, PA Schedule Options: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM OR Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Job Type: Full-time, 1st Shift Industry: Manufacturing / Textiles What You'll Do As a Sewing Machine Operator, you’ll play a critical role in producing our signature product— HOT CAPS . You’ll be trained to operate industrial sewing machines and other production equipment to help ensure top-quality craftsmanship and efficient output. Key Responsibilities Learn and operate industrial sewing machines (thread, bobbin, and needle changes) Join and prep materials using single-needle techniques Perform setup and pre-production tasks to prepare machines for operation Monitor machines during production to ensure quality and consistency Inspect finished products for defects or damage Communicate with team members to optimize workflow and minimize waste Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Take on additional duties as needed What We’re Looking For No prior sewing experience required – we’ll train the right candidate!
