What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Superpowers in Action)

• Create, edit, proofread, and process legal documents across a wide range of matters
• Keep legal files impeccably organized—both paper and electronic
• Update case information, scan materials, track documents, and keep things running smoothly
• Coordinate meetings, travel plans, and deadlines like a pro
• Open new clients/matters and run conflict searches
• Handle time entry, billing, reimbursements, and invoices
• Maintain calendars and email for a busy group of attorneys
• Take calls, communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and firm teams
• Collaborate closely with paralegals, admin coordinators, and other support staff
• Participate in team strategy sessions
• Jump in on overflow projects and special assignments when needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 10+ years of legal support experience , ideally in a large law firm
• A positive attitude, a calm demeanor, and a knack for making everyone’s job easier
