Position Overview:
Bizzetta is seeking Event Staff (ASAP) to support upcoming events, client activations, and on-site activities. This role is hands-on and requires strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude.
This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte, NC. Immediate availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics.
Greet guests, answer basic questions, and provide a positive experience.
Support team members with managing event flow and maintaining organized areas.
Help distribute materials, coordinate check-ins, and provide general event assistance.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and professionalism throughout the event.
Communicate effectively with supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Perform additional support tasks as needed during events or client activities.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand, move, and assist with physical tasks during events.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team.
Must reside locally and be available for immediate, on-site work in Charlotte, NC.
