What You'll Be Doing
Make and receive calls with members who have requested benefit information
Schedule virtual consultations and deliver clear, informative presentations
Guide clients through the enrollment process
Use basic computer tools to complete digital paperwork
Ensure quality control and compliance
Participate in leadership training and professional development
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication
Positive energy and a team-first mindset
Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups
Customer service or sales experience is an asset
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Organized, dependable, and self-driven
Legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
