Title: Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Location: Saint Louis, MO (50 mile radius)

Compensation : $70,000-85,000

Minimum Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing (Superintendent experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and other commercial systems

A growing commercial roofing contractor is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations for new construction and reroofing projects in multiple markets. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep roofing experience, strong safety knowledge, and a track record of managing crews and delivering high-quality results.

• Supervise daily job site activities and ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met
• Lead and mentor foremen and crews, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct safety audits, enforce OSHA compliance, and lead toolbox talks
• Maintain accurate documentation, daily logs, and client communication
• Participate in inspections, change order reviews, and project close-out

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing (Superintendent experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and other commercial systems
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in reading blueprints and using project tracking tools
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
• Comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions
