We are partnered with a manufacturing company seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing team in the Bryant, IN area. The ideal candidate will have warehouse/distribution supervision experience for a company in the manufacturing industry.

This is a direct-hire, full-time position with a competitive base salary, paid overtime, and full benefits!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse employees, including training, coaching, and performance management
• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and meet customer demands
• Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience as a warehouse/distribution supervisor in the manufacturing industry
• Bachelors degree preferred, not required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management best practices
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other software applications
