Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position, requiring an active OR RN license and at least 3 years of experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Position is in a hospital post-anesthesia care unit (PACU)
• Works with pre-anesthesia, post-anesthesia Phase I, and Phase II surgical patients
• Shift is from 15:00 to 23:30
• May monitor patients in the OR under local anesthesia and provide sedation for procedures
• On-call rotation is required for the PACU
• Responsible for pre and post-procedure patient care in perioperative settings
• Acts as a patient advocate and supervises assigned personnel
• Supports the hospital's mission, vision, values, and policies
• No COVID-19 vaccination requirement is stated
• Local candidates will be considered, with no specific radius rule mentioned

• Active Oregon RN license required
• Minimum of 3 years RN experience in perioperative or PACU settings
