Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician. This role requires a strong understanding of nursing principles, theories, current methods, and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to collaborate with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to individualize patient care.


• Direct nursing support staff in providing patient care in accordance with nursing practice standards and departmental policies.


• Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and advancements, applying them to patient care.


• Evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans in consultation with medical staff.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required); Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).


• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty (Preferred).

Contract Details

This position offers a full-time contract with guaranteed hours over a total of 92 weeks.
