**Job Title: Med/Surg Telemetry RN - Night Shift**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg Telemetry department on the night shift, working three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of recent permanent experience in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting and must hold a valid Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and telemetry readings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document patient progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement patient care plans and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the electronic health record system.

**Qualifications:**

- Active RN license in Ohio or a compact state license.
- Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Additional Information:**
