\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
\n• Every other weekend requirement (Friday, Saturday, Sunday counted as weekend)
\n• Holiday work required as part of permanent staff rotation
\n• First to float when needed
\n• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required, trauma experience preferred
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
\n• Patient ratios of 2:1 to 4:1
\n• Handle approximately 250 patient visits per day
\n• Work with 24 beds and no trauma bays
\n• Use Cerner PowerChart EMR system
\n• Dress code: Blue scrubs for RNs
\n• Work with 22 hardwired GE monitors in rooms and at nurses station
\n• One day of floor-specific orientation provided
\n• Treat patients with STEMI, cardiac conditions, sepsis, ETOH, stroke, DKA, and various acute care conditions
\n• Work alongside MDs, PAs, and NPs
\n• Support from ER techs, phlebotomists, 24/7 respiratory therapy, and 24/7 pharmacy
\n• Fast track area available but travelers typically work in main ER
\n• Must be flexible with shift scheduling
\n• Care divided into three parts: fast track, treat and anticipate disposition, and acute care
