Job Responsibilities
  • Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers in the US
  • Conduct analysis and research on travel options, proactively anticipating traveler needs
  • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across various modes of transportation
  • Ensure compliance with customers travel policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to improve service levels


Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1+ years of corporate travel experience, including fares, ticketing, and accommodations for domestic and international travel
  • Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus)
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to act with integrity
  • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently


Preferred Qualifications
  • Passion for excellence in client service and proactive anticipation of needs
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment and openness to feedback
