We seek educators who not only excel in their discipline but also model and inspire a Christ-centered life for our students. Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Theology Teacher to join our faculty immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Catholic theology, a passion for teaching high school students, and a deep commitment to the mission of Catholic education. This teacher will help students grow in faith, knowledge, and moral responsibility while fostering a love for the Catholic intellectual tradition. Responsibilities

• Teach theology courses in alignment with St. Thomas Aquinas and diocesan curriculum guidelines.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that integrate scripture, tradition, and the teachings of the Catholic Church.
• Foster a classroom environment that supports intellectual curiosity, faith formation, and respectful dialogue.
• Collaborate with campus ministry, faculty, and administration to support the school's Catholic identity and student spiritual life.
• Participate actively in school-wide events, liturgies, retreats, and service opportunities.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and faith witness to students both inside and outside the classroom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Must be able to obtain diocesan Theology certification.
• Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
• Strong knowledge of Catholic doctrine and Church teaching.
• Experience teaching at the high school level preferred.
• Ability to integrate faith, reason, and academic rigor in instruction.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
