As a Tableau Developer, you\'ll be pivotal in collaborating with our data analytics and technology team to design, develop, and maintain automated business intelligence products in Tableau. Your expertise will be instrumental in scaling our operations and driving innovation through highly effective and interactive visualizations. Design, develop, support, and maintain automated business intelligence products in Tableau. Utilize hands-on experience with Tableau Business Intelligence and cloud technologies. Create Tableau workbooks with highly effective and interactive visualizations. Collect data from various sources and normalize it for analysis. Support and redesign existing dashboards based on user feedback. Troubleshoot data or performance issues with workbooks and data sources. Optimize Tableau performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing tuning techniques. Write complex scripts and SQL/PLSQL queries for Tableau Desktop and Server. Create test cases and conduct unit tests on QA and Development sites. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of Tableau reports through quality assurance and testing. Provide best practices for data visualization and Tableau implementations. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented environment. Perform other project work as needed to meet client and internal team requirements. Qualifications Note: formatting preserved in the allowed set Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Technology. Minimum 2 years of experience in Tableau with SQL Server. Experience with other BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc. Working experience in Tableau 2021.X.X or higher versions. Proficiency in SQL Server and/or Oracle SQL/PLSQL. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Up-to-date knowledge of Tableau\'s new features and capabilities. Commitment to delivering high-quality results for an exceptional customer experience. Preferred Certification in Tableau. Background in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry. Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
