\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \nSterile Processing Supervisor at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in San Pedro, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts.
\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \nUnder the general supervision of the Administrative Director, Perioperative Services, the Supervisor of Sterile Processing Dept. (SPD) provides supervision support to the SPD staff and is expected to coordinate, and oversee the material and human resources in alignment with AORN, AAMI and CDC guidelines/ standards. This individual possesses demonstrated leadership ability and experience in decontamination, assembly, processing and sterilization of instruments/trays and equipment for a full array of sterilizing methods; additionally, he/she has the full knowledge of regulations related to the monitoring and validation process of sterilized items.
