Field Superintendent – Underground Utilities (Water, Storm, Sewer)

Salary: $130,000-$155,000
About the RoleSince 1994, ELLA Contracting has been building the backbone of Texas infrastructure — water, stormwater, and sanitary sewer systems that communities depend on. We’re looking for a Field Superintendent with 5–10+ years of hands-on experience leading multiple crews in the field. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role — making decisions, solving problems, and holding teams accountable to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
If you’ve successfully delivered projects with the City of Austin, TxDOT, or NBU , and you’re driven by results and responsibility, you’ll fit right in at ELLA.
