Stand-Up Forklift Operator - Mason, OH
Crown Staffing is hiring an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator in Mason, Ohio.
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $20/hour
Position Overview
This role supports daily warehouse operations by safely handling, moving, and staging food products using a stand-up forklift. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound food product shipments using a stand-up forklift
• Sort, stage, and store products in designated warehouse locations
• Pick and stage orders accurately to meet shipping schedules
• Build, wrap, label, and prepare pallets for outbound shipments
• Load outbound trailers and containers based on order requirements
• Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and order accuracy
• Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisors
• Assemble palletized products based on customer specifications
• Use warehouse systems such as WMS, YMS, and RF scanners

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of warehouse experience
• Prior stand-up forklift experience or current certification required
• Slip sheet experience or certification preferred

Additional Skills & Requirements

• Strong basic math skills
• Team-oriented with a positive work ethic
• Ability to learn and operate RF equipment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to adapt in a changing work environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Ability to walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
