Staff Accountant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Staff Accountant in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This role will be 100% onsite. Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of staff accounting experience, Bachelor’s degree, Minimum 2 years of QuickBooks experience and strong excel and computer skills.
Worksite Location: 100% Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Pay: $25-30/hour (DOE)
Type: Temp-to-Hire ideally, but if a candidate is working permanent then we will consider permanent placement for them.
Responsibilities
Record transactions and invoices in QuickBooks and the general ledger
Apply payments and reconcile vendor accounts monthly
Route invoices for approval and track their status
Manage incoming/outgoing payments via wire or check and maintain aging reports
Process weekly payroll and related payments
Monitor bank accounts and perform monthly reconciliations
Analyze budgets and prepare expense reports
Assist with audit documentation
Qualifications
2–4 years of accounting experience or equivalent education
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 2 years of QuickBooks experience
Strong Excel and computer skills
Excellent verbal and email communication
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
