Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts each month, investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate reporting.
• Manage cash reconciliations, comparing bank activity to internal ledgers and quickly correcting any variances to keep cash flow on track.
• Oversee corporate credit card reconciliations, reviewing charges, matching statements, and addressing irregularities.
• Review daily banking activity, flagging unexpected transactions to protect company assets.
• Collect and analyze accounting data from multiple sources to support financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist with the month-end close, ensuring entries and schedules are completed on time and financial statements are accurate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Understanding of GAAP and reconciliation best practices.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with a team.
