You will be providing inputs that drive strategy and solve business problems. Market Sizing and Analytics* Analyze and synthesize market data and forecast growth* Research market positioning of key players in markets and regions.* Track market trends and external factors to the total addressable market size and growth.Industry Insights* Monitor key industry segments and associated characteristics.* Track key industry players, leaders, and trendsetters.* Mines major public and private sources of informationSupport Strategy and Marketing Plans* Contributes specific analyses and synthesized data to aid in the construction of strategy and marketing plans* Provides metrics and updates back to business on applicable individual segmentsMarket Research* Conducts and applies market research in decision making.Customer Insights/VOC* Support VOC and Customer Insights projects, leveraging available VOC and customer insights tools and processes.Project Management* Ensures appropriate internal stakeholders are included and engaged in projects and deadlines are metRecommendation Development* Incorporates business context into data analysis and research findings.**What you need****Required*** Bachelor’s degree* 2+ years of professional experience* 1+years of Healthcare industry experience* Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines* Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority* Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)**Preferred*** 2+ years market insights/ analytics experience* MBA* Consultancy experience69,100.00 - 139,600.00 USD Annual salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).
