Job Description

Position Summary:
Provide massage and body treatments in accordance with The Spa's standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Provide exceptional Guest service at all times, including while assisting in locker room and surrounding areas.
3. Provide massage and body treatments according to department standards.
4. Achieve monthly sales goals.
5. Maintain a clean, organized massage/treatment room.
6. Must be neatly groomed as according to company standards.
7. Speak clearly to Guests regarding treatment expectations.
8. Ensure information provided regarding treatment type is accurate.
9. Must complete all necessary training courses as specified by management.
10. Complete all necessary opening and/or closing duties.
11. Responsible for restocking all spa products.
12. Responsible for restocking all necessary linens for each day.

Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. National Massage Certificate.

Physical Requirements:
1. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
2. Must be able to provide massage and body treatment services for a continuous 7-hour period.
3. Must be able to work any day of the week, any shift.

Work Conditions:
Highly demanding work environment, while maintaining a quiet, calm and soothing atmosphere for Guests. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Tasks performed from a sitting or non- sitting position. Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
