We are looking for a skilled and resourceful Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to organizational leadership and the Board of Directors. This Contract position is based in San Antonio, Texas, and requires someone with strong attention to detail who excels in managing complex schedules, handling confidential information, and facilitating communication between key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary administrative liaison for the leadership team and Board of Directors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Manage and prioritize executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring timely organization of appointments.
• Coordinate and facilitate board meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and distributing relevant materials.
• Reconcile credit card statements, process expense reports, and submit timesheets for designated executives.
• Organize logistics for internal and external meetings, including securing venues, arranging catering, and ensuring technical readiness for presentations.
• Prepare and format presentations with a high level of accuracy and distribute meeting documents as needed.
• Maintain and update confidential records and databases with accuracy and discretion.
• Establish and oversee both digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient document management.
• Provide technical support for video conferencing and virtual meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and preparation of documentation to support leadership initiatives.• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership or Boards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with video conferencing tools and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
