About The Role

Were looking for a Founding Designer with strong creative instincts and a proven ability to translate business goals into impactful design. This role blends video, UI/UX, and marketing design to define our brand identity across platforms. Youll work directly with the founding team to tell GigaMLs story through visual content and product design.

What Youll Do

• Video Production: Craft compelling videos for marketing campaigns, case studies, and launches.
• UI/UX Design: Own the design of our website, dashboards, and other digital products in Figma.
• Marketing Assets: Create engaging social media posts, banners, and ad creatives.
• Branding: Ensure visual consistency across all touchpointsinternal and external.
• Collaboration: Partner with founders, GTM, and engineering teams to align on creative direction.

Who You Are / Must-Haves

• 3+ years of experience in a similar creative role
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong portfolio across video, UI/UX, and marketing assets
• Clear communicator and independent executor
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
• Nice-to-Haves
• Experience working at a startup or agency
• Understanding of AI or B2B SaaS products
• Motion design / animation capabilities
• Social media or brand storytelling experience
