As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will also provide outstanding customer service, assisting individuals with questions and concerns while upholding the values of integrity, teamwork, and reliability. What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and observing for any unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the food and beverage production environment to help maintain a secure location.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity according to site protocols.
  • Communicate with site personnel and visitors in a professional manner, providing assistance as needed while upholding Allied Universal standards.
  • Support access control procedures to help manage the flow of personnel and vehicles within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
