As a Security Professional Healthcare Unarmed Patrol Officer in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Your presence and professionalism will support a positive atmosphere, and you will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies while on duty at the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting staff, visitors, and patients as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and suspicious activities according to site protocols.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site leadership and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
