Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the well-being of the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols within the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
+ Maintain clear and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and security-related activities as required by site protocols.
+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed during incidents or emergencies.
+ Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and monitoring entry points to restricted areas.
+ Support Allied Universal leadership and team members by communicating relevant information about incidents and site conditions.
+ Be at least 21 years of age.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
