Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking personalized travel experiencesfrom weekend getaways to once-in-a-lifetime vacations. This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from home while helping travelers explore destinations around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Create and present customized travel itineraries tailored to client goals.
• Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and car rentals.
• Provide timely and professional support to clients before, during, and after travel.
• Stay informed on travel trends, destination highlights, and industry updates.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and research abilities.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with travel booking tools or platforms is an advantage.
