Description:

Hand & Stone Regional Spa Manager will oversees multiple spa locations in Brandywine, MD, Woodbridge, VA and Sterling, VA focusing on operations, sales, and staff management . Responsibilities include supporting spa managers, ensuring consistent service delivery, driving revenue growth, and maintaining brand standards across their assigned locations.

Requirements:
  • Operational Support: Providing guidance and support to spa managers and staff on day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Implementing strategies to drive sales, meet revenue targets, and maximize profitability across all locations.
  • Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and managing spa teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, as well as upholding Hand & Stone's brand standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess spa performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Maintaining regular communication with spa managers, corporate departments (e.g., Training, Marketing, IT), and franchise owners.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Sales & Customer Service: Strong sales acumen, with experience in consultative selling, upselling, and client retention strategies.
  • Operational Expertise: Knowledge of spa operations, including POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.
