Recruitment Specialist

- You hold a four year Bachelors Degree and bring 5-10 years of recruitment experience, combining both staffing agency and in-house general contractor roles, giving you a well-rounded understanding of construction recruiting.

What youll be doing:

- Building Candidate Pipelines: Youll proactively source candidates, build strong pipelines, and maintain warm relationships. You know how to engage passive talent and spark interest in a way that feels authentic and aligned with our values.

- Identifying the Right Fit: Youll review resumes, manage incoming applications, post new roles, and use recruiting platforms to find candidates who match both the job requirements and our company culture.

- Screening Candidates: Youll use your technical construction knowledge and strong people sense to evaluate candidates for both hard and soft skills. Whether its a phone call, video chat, or in-person meeting, youll help identify those who are truly set up to succeed at Power.

- Coordinating Interviews: Youll schedule and coordinate interviews across job sites and our main office, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

- Keeping Things Organized: Youll manage cloud-based systems to track resumes, upload documents, and follow up with candidates in a timely and efficient way.

- Staying Flexible: Youll adapt quickly when priorities shift- something that happens often in the construction world- and help keep our recruiting efforts moving forward.

- Help Shape a Better Hiring Experience: Youll bring fresh ideas and thoughtful feedback to improve how we attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. Whether its refining our outreach, streamlining processes, or enhancing candidate interactions, youll play a key role in making our hiring experience better for everyone involved.

- Networking: Youll attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetups to stay informed on market trends and connect with peers helping you build relationships, share insights, and stay plugged into whats happening in the field.

- Communicating Clearly: Youll write professionally and clearly- whether its job postings, candidate outreach, or internal updates. Bonus points if you bring some marketing flair to the table!

Compensation details:

Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 Compensation for this role includes a base salary plus an annual discretionary bonus. Details on our benefits can be found on the Benefits tab within the Careers section of the website.
