ABOUT THE ROLE

• Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the delivery of big-box retail projects, such as Home Depot, Walmart, and similar ground-up or renovation builds. This is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of experience looking to take the next step in their construction career.
• Manage retail construction projects valued between $5M and $10M
• Oversee all project phases from pre-construction to closeout
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and reporting
• Monitor jobsite progress through regular communication and site visits
• Support field operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively
• Foster strong working relationships with project stakeholders
• Participate in change order management and contract administration

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Experience managing retail projects (e.g., Walmart, Home Depot, etc.)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Comfortable overseeing multiple stakeholders and site logistics
• Ability to travel 1–2 times per month as needed
• Eagerness to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility
