We're partnering with a well-established, employee-owned Mechanical Contractor to find an experienced Plumbing Foreman for commercial projects across Colorado.

This is a working foreman role for someone who knows the trade, leads from the front, and takes pride in running safe, organized, high-quality jobs.

Hands-On (Working Foreman) Responsibilities

They are on the tools daily , especially during critical phases.

• Install plumbing systems for units and common areas:
• Underground, rough-in, top-out, and trim
• Domestic water, waste/vent, gas (if licensed), and storm
• Handle complex or high-risk installs:
• Main stacks, risers, mechanical room tie-ins
• Pressure testing and troubleshooting
• Jump in where production is behind or quality is slipping
• Set the standard for workmanship and jobsite expectations

?? Project types: multifamily, commercial, healthcare, education, industrial

?? Pay Range: $32--$42/hour (based on experience)

?? Must have own truck
