Job Description
We are seeking skilled plumbers and sprinkler fitters to join our team for commercial and industrial projects throughout the Indianapolis area. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity with steady work available for approximately 6 months across multiple job sites, including schools, hotels, apartments, and a national guard armory.
Responsibilities:
Perform standard commercial and industrial plumbing work (no specialized skills required)
Assist with sprinkler fitting tasks, supporting more experienced fitters (helper-level roles available)
Work safely and efficiently on active job sites
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
Requirements:
Previous experience in plumbing or sprinkler fitting preferred (entry-level helpers welcome for sprinkler fitting)
Ability to pass a clean background check (required due to school projects)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates encouraged to apply; Spanish speakers must understand basic English
Plumbing license is a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation to various job sites in the Indianapolis area
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time, steady work available for ~6 months
