Orthopedic Hand opening in Moultrie, Georgia Located 35 miles from Albany, GA & 60 miles from Tallahassee, FL Position Details:
- FT, Permanent position
- Seeking a full-time Orthopedic surgeon who specializes in feet and ankles to join an established practice with three other board-certified orthopedic physicians, including additional support from mid-levels.
- Salary: Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm; time split equally between clinic and OR.
- Bonus: 100% of shared practice profits
- Call: Call required 7 days/month; extra pay for extra call

Requirements: - Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship
- Required Certifications/Licensures: Board certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 5 years); Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
About the Group: - The way the group works hospital-owned physician practices is to treat them as if the MD is the owner. The group negotiates a salary based upon MGMA figures, which is paid to the physician monthly. At the end of the year, the physician receives 100% of the profits of the practice as he would if he/she owned the practice. Physicians also receive full benefits including paid malpractice, benefits package, relocation, CME allowance, paid time off.
- If you are a resident who wants to make an early commitment, the group will pay you a monthly stipend to help with expenses through the duration of training.
