Location: Denver Metro Area (Including Englewood, Lakewood, Littleton, Wheat Ridge, etc.)

Compensation: $23.50/HR + Benefits ($500.00 Bonus is paid after 90 days of successful employment)

Schedule: Nights / Graveyard \u007C Monday – Friday + Weekends \u007C On-Call Flex Coverage

Status: Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time)

Position Overview:

Citadel Security USA is hiring reliable and professional Unarmed Flex Patrol Officers to provide mobile and foot patrols throughout the Denver Metro Area. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in overnight schedules, enjoy working independently, and are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients across various sites.

You will perform scheduled patrols, respond to incidents, conduct access control, and represent Citadel Security with professionalism and integrity.

Open & Closing Dates: 10/15/2025 to 01/15/2026

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols at assigned client sites
• Maintain strong situational awareness and address safety/security concerns
• Monitor and manage access to restricted areas
• Respond promptly to dispatch calls and incident reports
• Complete accurate and timely incident documentation
• Assist and direct patrons, employees, and visitors as needed
• Maintain and operate company-issued patrol vehicles
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as necessary

Requirements

• Age 21+
• Valid Driver’s License (held for at least 3 years; no permits)
• Clean MVR (no accidents/major violations within last 3 years)
• Valid Denver Merchant Guard Card (Required)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine analysis and criminal background check
• Fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus)
• Reliable transportation to/from work
• Own a working smartphone with email access
• Physically able to patrol in various conditions (stand, walk, jog, bend, lift up to 50 lbs)
