We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our aerospace manufacturing facility as an ISO Production Supervisor. As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, managing the production team, and ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of high-quality aerospace components. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations floor staff to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions for timely delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and resolve operational issues.
• Promote lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, coaching, and training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Foster teamwork, open communication, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems like ISO and ASS100.
• Foster employee engagement, development, and recognition.
• Uphold company values and ethical standards as a role model.
• Develop and execute strategies for optimizing value stream flow and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present operational reports and KPIs to senior management.
• Analyze production data, propose data-driven solutions for productivity enhancement and cost reduction.
• Work with upper management to develop strategies for increasing capacity while maintaining quality

The salary range for this position is ($83,000 - $110,000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
