On-Site Recruiter – Tampa, FL (Nationwide Construction Roles)
Location: Tampa, Florida
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday  

 

Lead Staffing is a 15 year old, staffing firm based out of Tampa, FL, with a network of offices scattered across the country. We primarily service the construction, industrial and marine industries with a focus on quality and safety. We are currently looking for a motivated On-Site Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Tampa, FL , managing hiring efforts for commercial and industrial construction roles nationwide . If you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to connect skilled professionals with the right opportunities, this role is for you.

 

Responsibilities:

• Recruit for specialized construction roles across the U.S.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand project needs and timelines
• Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in trade and support positions
• Maintain a strong on-site presence to align recruitment with company culture
• Track hiring metrics and adjust strategies to meet workforce demands

 

Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting in commercial or industrial construction- (to include skilled trades like electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.) 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Ability to manage high-volume, multi-state recruitment
• Detail-oriented and committed to organizational integrity
• Bi-lingual is a plus
