Key Responsibilities: Support and manage network infrastructure across two main sites and three remote locations, including TV and radio transmitter sites. Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Arista network systems, WiFi, and SD-WAN environments. Work with cloud/hybrid storage solutions, including Amazon Direct Connect. Serve as a primary point of contact for network issues, coordinating with vendors such as Arista and Four Four Three Technologies. Participate in off-hours/on-call support for network emergencies as needed. Assist with onboarding, training, and documentation to maintain team knowledge and continuity. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, fostering a team-oriented culture. Learn and grow within the role, expanding technical skills and responsibilities over time. Qualifications: Experience with network administration and troubleshooting in a mixed Mac/PC environment (approx. 60/40). Hands-on experience or willingness to learn Arista networking equipment and SD-WAN technologies. Familiarity with hybrid storage environments and cloud connectivity (Amazon Direct Connect preferred). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to engage vendors and support teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be a team player and forward-facing. Eagerness to learn and grow, with a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to participate in occasional on-call rotations for emergency support. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in environments with multiple buildings and remote sites. Exposure to network design, WiFi upgrades, and troubleshooting complex network systems.
