AXEON Technologies is seeking a new Team Member to add to our Network Support Team!

• You are a self-starter and work well with a clear framework of duties and expectations, absent the presence of micro-management.

• You understand the priority of constant and thorough documentation.
• You are flexible and can easily switch between tasks of varying urgency to ensure the most critical client needs are met first.
• You do not leave work unfinished, you see it through to completion.
• You are an efficient troubleshooter. When you encounter obstacles, you see them as a challenge and not a roadblock.
• You are professional in your speech and appearance.
• You express yourself well in writing, using proper grammar and spelling.

This is not a “starter” position. Please, only apply if you have experience in managing environments that include the following:

1. Network Security/Cybersecurity
2. Microsoft Active Directory and Domain Management
3. Virtualization
4. Microsoft 365 User and License Management, including Azure/Entra
5. Networking Basics, including VLANs and Wireless deployments

Value-added skills would include knowledge of the M365 ecosystem with functional knowledge of PowerApps and automation. Skills in web-based technologies are also a huge plus.

Compensation is tied to performance and efficiency but $65,000-80,000 annually to start is expected.
