Corporate Strategy Summer Internship

As a summer intern, you'll get a front-row seat to the decision-making process that drives real change in healthcare, working side-by-side with leaders who are passionate about growth, innovation, and making a global impact.

What you'll be up to during your 10-12 week adventure:

• Team up with leaders to help embed market, portfolio, and financial insights into major decisions (think: planning, innovation, and growth).
• Lead analysis projectslike sizing up markets, scoping out competitors, and spotting new opportunities for Hologic.
• Build simple, effective dashboards and scorecards to track the impact of strategy moves (bonus points if you love spreadsheets!).
• Help prep for big meetings (think: strategy reviews and business forums) by making materials and stories that help leaders make fast, sharp decisions.
• Contribute to change management efforts, creating guides and communication plans that make new ways of working clear and easy.

Who we're hoping to meet:

• You can work full-time during the summer (May/June - August/September).
• You're currently working on your MBA, with at least one semester left after the internship.
• You've got about 5 years of professional experience under your belt, ideally in consulting or strategybonus points if it's in healthcare or MedTech.
• You're a whiz with Excel and know your way around data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• You know how to turn complicated ideas into clear, compelling storieswhether you're writing or presenting.
• You're curious, strategic, and ready to challenge assumptions (in a nice way, of course).
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and aren't afraid to take ownership of your work.

Location, pay & other important details:

• You can work onsite at our Marlborough, MA campus. Heads up: intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends aren't provided, so you'll need to have your living situation and transportation sorted out.
• Pay range: $36 - $45 per hour, based on your class standing and operational function.
