One of our clients is currently seeking a maintenance manager for there facility located near Eagle Grove IA. This meat processing facility, is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of facility maintenance. This is a critical leadership role in a fast-paced production environment where reliability, safety, and efficiency are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance of equipment and infrastructure
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems
• Collaborate with production and sanitation departments to support daily operations
• Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, USDA, and company safety standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food or meat processing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in mechanical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed
