Were looking for an Engineering Manager to manage a crossfunctional team of Applied Machine Learning Developers, Data Scientists, and Software Developers responsible for endtoend development and deployment of AI/ML productsincluding but not limited to predictive & prescriptive maintenance models, intelligent work recommendations, LLMdriven procedures, and realtime anomaly detection.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Fullstack Product Engineering and Applied AI , and who can scale a team to deliver across both.
Youll help set the technical vision for AI/ML at MaintainX, partnering closely with Product, Data Engineering, and crossfunctional product teams to operationalize intelligence at scale.
