We are currently recruiting Licensed ACA Insurance Agents for an in-office position based in Boca Raton, FL , supporting a high-volume, inbound sales campaign during the ACA open enrollment period. Position: Licensed ACA Insurance Agent
Location: Boca Raton, FL (On-site)
Hours: Full-Time | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing, nationally licensed insurance agency specializing in Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans and Medicare solutions. With a strong reputation for compliance, customer service, and lead generation, they support agents with steady call flow, structured scripts, and comprehensive training. This role offers high earnings potential for agents who thrive in fast-paced, phone-based sales environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a steady stream of inbound calls during open enrollment periods
• Follow a provided script to qualify leads and match clients with ACA-compliant insurance plans
• Close sales and enroll customers in appropriate plans
• Accurately document client information and maintain compliance standards
• Maintain a positive and professional phone demeanor at all times
Requirements:
• Active Health Insurance License in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure highly preferred)
• NO INSURANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!!!! Come and learn from industry veterans!
• Newly licensed agents with no prior sales experience highly encouraged to apply.
• Strong and confident phone voice with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Must be punctual, professional, and comfortable working in a team-oriented office environment
• Must be self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Compensation & Growth:
Candidates may choose from one of the following pay structures:
Option 1: Daily Pay Structure
• Base Salary: $100 per day
• Commission Structure:
• Below 80 CPA (Cost Per Acquisition): $25 per member
• 81–99 CPA: $20 per member
• 100+ CPA: $15 per member
Option 2: Weekly Pay Structure
• Base Salary: $750 per week
• Commission Structure:
• Below 80 CPA: $10 per member
• 81–99 CPA: $7 per member
• 100+ CPA: $5 per member
• Additional bonus opportunities may be available based on performance
